Inês Santos Silva is an Adviser at the Cabinet of the Portuguese Secretary of State of Industry. Since 2010, Inês has been one of the most active members of the Portuguese startup scene, launching several initiatives to support entrepreneurs, startups and investors. Among the projects she cofounded are Startup Pirates, a one-week pre-acceleration program for aspiring entrepreneurs and PortugalStartups.com, a news portal about the Portuguese startup scene.
